Looking for a Scrum Master to work with the team to manage sprint planning, proactively eliminate delivery barriers, and support the team in reaching delivery goals by setting and cascading best Agile practices.
Responsibilities include:
- Assess, identify, and implement improvements to current processes and practices (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.)
- Implement and execute reporting to communicate the success of the sprint and project
- Guide development teams to higher agile/scrum maturity
Candidate should have:
- Deep knowledge of project management processes, including in-depth knowledge and experience with the Agile methodology
- The ability to assess and improve processes and procedures, communicating and implementing best practices with the team
- Excellent organization skills to balance multiple projects, priorities, and people at once, having a set process for overseeing each team
- A passion for coaching and the ability to help team members understand tasks in relation to the client's goals and vision
- Leadership skills to set attainable goals for team members, keep people motivated and prevent shortcuts during development
- Experience with project management and reporting tools to track sprint/project performance and schedule adherence
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience, including Agile methodologies
- CSM certification (or required within first 6 months), PMI certification (a plus)
- Industry or consulting experience with an understanding of eCommerce success factors (a plus)
