eCommerce Scrum Master

Briteskies is hiring

Looking for a  Scrum Master to work with the team to manage sprint planning, proactively eliminate delivery barriers, and support the team in reaching delivery goals by setting and cascading best Agile practices. ​

Responsibilities include:

  • Assess, identify, and implement improvements to current processes and practices (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Implement and execute reporting to communicate the success of the sprint and project
  • Guide development teams to higher agile/scrum maturity
Candidate should have:
  • Deep knowledge of project management processes, including in-depth knowledge and experience with the Agile methodology​
  • The ability to assess and improve processes and procedures, communicating and implementing best practices with the team​
  • Excellent organization skills to balance multiple projects, priorities, and people at once, having a set process for overseeing each team
  • A passion for coaching and the ability to help team members understand tasks in relation to the client's goals and vision​
  • Leadership skills to set attainable goals for team members, keep people motivated and prevent shortcuts during development​
  • Experience with project management and reporting tools to track sprint/project performance and schedule adherence​
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience, including Agile methodologies​
  • CSM certification (or required within first 6 months), PMI certification (a plus)​
  • Industry or consulting experience with an understanding of eCommerce success factors (a plus)
